Reproductive Justice
Expanding Our Social Justice Calling

The UUA's 2012-2016 Congregational Study/Action Item
Come learn about it and its background, and help involve congregations in this work.

Beyond abortion rights and contraception, Reproductive Justice includes issues of class, race, economic status, and even physical location, along with other factors that affect parenting.

The conference will include an overview of Reproductive Justice, along with a background on the struggle for rights in Texas, and stories from the work on Roe v. Wade.

There will be facilitated discussion at lunch on related questions, and breakout groups in the afternoon to consider the most effective actions for congregations.
